This retreat is for you if you’re curious, tender, bold, nervous, excited, unsure and willing to meet yourself honestly in connection with others. Come as you are, leave feeling a little more home in your body! 

This is an invitation to step out of autopilot and into radical presence, sensual embodiment, and conscious connection. For 1.5 days, we gather in the powerful queer lineage of Skala Eressos to explore intimacy, desire, boundaries, and aliveness. 

We will explore the 6 Pillars of Ecstatic Tantric Relating:

1. Radical Presence & Authenticity

Liberate yourself above the “shoulds” and access your body wisdom of naming your desires and setting clear boundaries.

2. Shared Ritual

Creating sacred space together through intention and symbolism.

3. Sensual Embodiment

Movement, touch, breath, and felt experience to heal our relationship with our bodies and creating more mind-body harmony. 

4.Ecstatic Tantric Relating

Explore energetic and sensual connection. Co-regulated playfulness, being conscious and fully alive. 

5. Breath & Energetic Liberation

Clearing energetic blocks to allow free flow, vitality and pleasure.

6. Integration & Aftercare

Soft landing, nervous system regulation, and grounded closure before heading home.

All trust-building group practices and 1:1 exercises happen in a safe, contained space, with full consent and personal sovereignty honored at every step.

How spicy is this retreat? 

🌶️ 🌶️  Medium: The workshop invites sensuality, moving touch, and close physical contact with others, but does NOT invite full nudity.

Silja Helinä is a tantrapreneur, mental coach and health care professional based in Finland. She has a passion for guiding LGBTQ+ individuals on a journey of self-discovery and connection. Silja’s work is rooted in promoting equality, inclusion, and sustainability, offering brave and playful spaces for people to explore their bodies, boundaries, and relationships.

Meet Cynthia, the heart and soul behind Lez Luv—a founder fueled by love, purpose, and a deep commitment to creating a safer space to expand the way women, particularly women who love women, think about and experience sensual touch, connect and align with our desires, and experience more pleasure and healing. Cynthia’s passion is working with women, particularly the lesbian/bi/queer/trans population.
